The CF Studio is a monthly mastermind style, accountability, say-it-out-loud small community space where for 10 minutes you speak about what you are working on or not quite working on, what is getting in the way, what you have accomplished, what you wish to accomplish, etc etc. At the end you set 3 goals for yourself to do for the following month. The act of saying it out loud to other people works on many levels for keeping you on track to do the things that make you feel really good, bring harmony and deep satisfaction to your life. Among other things.
All are welcome.

TESTIMONIALS:

“Your class has helped me so much!!!. I was crocheting a scarf last night for a Christmas gift and I was thinking, I’m zoning out on crochet stitches and this is so cool !!…”, “Simply a treasure chest in a pirate world or a world of pirates”
Kate, FL

“After a year of Creative Flow I was really surprised to see how much had changed about my creative process.  All the way through I was calling it “Brain Yoga” because I could not think of a better term.  What I realize at the end of the year is that all of the subtle and seemingly light work has led to great creative strength — much like what happens to your physical self while doing yoga.  Between the exercises, shared experiences, encouragement, and Esther’s willingness to listen and grow along with her students it’s been a wonderful and productive way to spend my Saturday mornings!”
Dave K. California

“These classes are so inspiring! I’ve been doing them and can 100% recommend Esther’s Creative Flow classes. I’m more confident in my creative endeavors. She’s like that great teacher you had as a kid that made you feel seen. Remember that feeling? Esther dishes that out. Do yourself a favor and take one of her classes.”
Alecia S, Maine

“I have been participating in Esther’s monthly creative flow class for a while now. I think the pace is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. I also love how the class is structured. It usually begins with some teachings about the topic of the month, then moves on to some warmup activities, and continues with a few rounds of personal sharing. It allows me to consolidate my busy mind and trains my self-expression. Hearing from other students also brought me a lot of unexpected inspirations.”
Rachel, Hong Kong

“Thank you Esther – yesterday’s session was great. And I really like the homework – something I’ll take away and do before the next session.”
A.G., Barcelona

“Esther, you (are) an incredible teacher to get people who have never met to share all those intimate ideas about creativity. The exercises were resistant, challenging, and gave much food for thought”
A.P., Paris
